Mr. Jayant Deo former MD & CEO of Indian Energy Exchange Ltd (IEX exchange). The man behind the concept of India's Power Exchange - the first in the world to operate successfully under supply deficit scenario. Before being appointed as MD & CEO, he was successfully operating his consulting company Deo & Associates since 1979. Testament to his unwavering commitment to serve the nation and safeguard public interest, Mr. Deo was the first whistle-blower in the Enron Dabhol Project and has passionately advocated the need for independent regulatory commission. In 1999, Maharashtra Government recognized Mr. Deo’s extensive contribution to the power Sector and inducted him as a founder member of a quasi-judicial commission at Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC). He is one of the member of the board of directors.

He is also on the Board of Transparent Energy Systems Pvt Ltd, Pune. Based in Pune, he has now restarted his Corporate Advisory Services with focus on many companies for energy cost optimization. Apart from various directorship positions, he is an active member of World Energy Council, Fellow of Institution of Engineers India, and Energy Conservation Committee of Government of Maharashtra. He is a Mechanical Engineer from College of Engineering Aurangabad (1965) and holds a Postgraduate in Industrial Engineering (NIT-Durgapur (1970)) and Financial Management (1976), Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Mumbai.

Mr. Areyada P. Raja is an Independent Director at TickerPlant Limited & a retired bank executive who has served the State Bank Group for more than 33 years. A Bachelor of Commerce from Mysore University, he joined the group in 1979, and served in various capacities in the fields of Banking, Treasury, Payment Systems, information Security, Networking, Structured Messaging, Software Development & Acquisition and Data Centre Projects.

He also had a stint with IDRBT, the IT think tank of RBI, as Project Consultant for the SFMS structured messaging platform which serves as the backbone for both RTGS and NEFT Systems.

His passion is teaching and software evangelism.

Mr. Krupesh Bhansali is an Independent Director at TickerPlant Limited & practicing Chartered Accountant by profession and a working partner at Bhansali and Shah, Chartered Accountants. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with The Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA- USA). He has attained a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has successfully completed Course on Master in Business Finance, certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

He has an experience of over a decade in the Audit and Taxation Industry. He has been involved in wide stream of service offerings, right from setting up complete operation system to leading various Internal Audits. He has also been amongst the few professionals to carry out as Forensic Investigator. He has paid his share in various Mergers and Acquisition decision by conducting financial and legal due diligence audit. He has also headed Improvisation and Compliance of Internal Control systems of many reputed concerns. His curiosity to learn new things and implement the same in daily life has encouraged him to strive and keep himself updated with new concepts.
